Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required to cancel any appointment.

• Cancellations made between 3 days and 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.

• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Rescheduling is not subject to cancellation fees, but I ask for at least 2 hours’ notice whenever possible.

If you or your dog are ill, cancellations made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

If no notice is provided:

• The full session fee will be charged

• In the case of owner illness, you may choose to convert the session to a 1-on-1 training session when applicable.
